Our Kung-Fu Panda Shirts
Grandma Violet and Tia Lala made it safely back to our house after visiting family up north. Grandma brought Nicholas and Joshua back Kung-Fu Panda t-shirts. They were so excited that they wanted to put them on right away! We plan to take the boys to see the movie when it comes out next week. They like the actor Jack Black who does the voice of the panda. Here is a picture of the boys with their new shirts and spiky hair!

Just Hanging Out
Today we relaxed around the house till Daddy got home from jury duty (his 1st time). This afternoon, the boys played outside while Nick cut the grass. Our neighbor gave Nick a riding lawnmower because they are moving and did not want to take it with them (lucky us, huh?) Nick tested it out and it works great! The boys enjoy pretending to drive it when it's parked in the garage. Noah and I stayed indoors and cleaned the house. Well, he supervised me from his swing! We were busy getting the house ready for Grandma Violet and Tia Lala. They are on there way back from up north. Can't wait to see them!

Memorial Day BBQ
Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday! Our Memorial Day was spent filled with family, food, and fun! We went to Nick's mom and dad's house for the celebration. It was nice to visit with all the family. Nicholas and Joshua had a blast playing ALL DAY long with all their cousins. Noah spent most of the day relaxing in everyone's arms.

1 Month Old
Sorry about this belated post. It's getting harder to get on the computer now a days with a new baby. Yesterday, Noah turned 1 month old! That one month has really gone by fast. Why is it that 1 month seems like forever when they are still growing inside of you yet, it's so fast when they are here? Well, here are some things that we know about Noah so far:
- Weight: 9 pounds
- Height: 21.5 inches
- Stays awake for longer periods at a time
- Still eats at "moms" and doing very well at it!
- Does not like the "fake boob" also known as the pacifier
- Had his 1st bottle feeding at Grandma Connie's this month
- Still has his umbilical cord (should fall out anyday now)
- Starting to wear size 0-3months clothes
- Poops like a goose!
- Loves to be carried around the house
- Loves his Mommy, Daddy, and big brothers very much!

Nicholas's Graduation
On Tuesday May 20th, Nicholas graduated from Zion Luthern Preschool! We are so proud of our Nicholas. He really enjoyed preschool and made lots of new friends over the past 2 years. I know that every mother thinks her child is so smart, but my Nicholas is smart! Even his teacher said that Nicholas is like a sponge. She said, "He soaks up everything and will have no problem in kindergarten next year." He is very excited about starting kindergarten in the fall! Way to go Nicholas Jackson!

Noah's Photo Shoot
I am playing "catch up" here. This past Sunday afternoon, my best friend, Jaycie, came over to take pictures of Noah and his big brothers. Noah was awake and cooperative for the entire photo session. On the other hand, Nicholas and Joshua did not like the "paparazzi" as much! The pictures turned out great so I will be using some of them for Noah's birth announcements. Thanks Jaycie! I hope you all enjoy the pictures.

Welcome Baby Noah!
Okay, here we go! I am attempting to keep a blog so all of our family and friends can keep up with us Walters. I stole this idea from my sister-in-law, Katy. She started a blog after the birth of her daughter, my beautiful niece, Jamison. My only hope is that I can do as great of a job with updates as she does!
This blog begins with a new chapter in our lives, the birth of baby Noah. Noah Xavier Walter was born on April 24, 2008 at 7:58am, weighed 7 lbs 3 oz, and was 19 inches long. He was literally a surprise! During my pregnancy, I decided not to find out the gender of our little one. It drove everyone crazy! Not only did I not know that he was a boy, but I did not know what I was going to name him. After going a day without a name, Nick and I decided on the name Noah. I can't imagine his name being anything else. His big brothers, Nicholas and Joshua, are very loving towards him. Nicholas thinks the world of Noah! Joshua, on the other hand, has been having a little difficulty adjusting to no longer being the baby in the family. We are all excited to have little Noah in our lives!
